Remove blind pick in favor of team builder

Team builder is far superior to blind pick in that you can choose what champion you want to play and where you want to play without any arguments or having to deal with the insta-locks and toxicity/stress in blind pick. Team builder also allows for chance mirror match ups.

Queue times would drastically decrease if blind pick was removed in favor of team builder. The way I see it is that Riot implemented features from team builder into the new champion select.

Tbh the three game modes should be: Ranked draft, Normal draft, Team Builder.
