Looking for thoughts and suggestions for the correct balance changes that should be made to the new grave. I'm a big fan of the rework and I understand he's just too strong at this point. What in your opinion is the thing that is giving him too much excess power? Dueling, tower killing, burst, or something else? (hoping they preserve his jungle strength cause it's a lot of fun).

It's the second Q that's the issue, from what I've seen. That thing WRECKS squishies. I'd say lower the damage, or slow the return speed so you can get out of it. Then again, it's pretty thin, and sooner or later people are going to realize they can just take one step left or right and not get hammered. This, only after they nerf it, though.

I'd be fine with Graves being the ADC who's bad at damaging towers. I think he scales a little too hard, and he's a little too effective at long range: maybe the splash damage on his ult should be toned down so that the initial slug has most of the killing power.

Graves tower damage reduced by 25-50%

Graves Q CD increased by 50% but hitting a champion or monster with the second effect reduced its Cd to live values
