Honestly, I'd be happy if it was brought to being on a similar level in terms of what it could cleanse. Or maybe make it so that Cleanse has the ability to negate knockups.

Combine 
into the same summoner spell and make someone immune to all damage and CC for 1.0 - 2.5 seconds. During this time, any damage they deal is nullified, and they can only move freely.
Problem is that Ghost does actually fill a niche this simply does not, but those niche champions can usually rely on another SS anyways.

FantasySniper1 votesExcept Kayle's ult is on a less major CD than summoner spells, lasts 2-3 seconds, still lets you deal damage, and doesn't make you immune to CC.
Let's not forget the fact that you need to give up whatever summoner spell you would've used before.

Rain NT1 votesI use cleanse when I'm an adc vs amumu lol or something that can lock me up for a long time. I think cleanse is fine atm, maybe a SMALL nerf but nothing to big
Plus heal used to be USELESS.. like USELESS until they gave it the MS boost. And heal is pretty balanced atm... Only summ that needs a buff clarity and clairvoyance.. easily two of the most useless spells atm.
