Remember How Ivern Had A Sub-40% Winrate on release?
And then he became a monster after a few fixes and buffs.
Let's just wait for Zac to receive his buffs and fixes before we decide on the rework.

Ivern didnt need those buffs in the first place, he had a massive learning curve which is what caused his low win rate. I could go on and on about this but Im on my phone.
Zac on the other hand is really simple, onlymechanic difference is ult and yeah he does need some buffs and is getting some on the PBE, I think he will be noticeably better after.

Big learning curve?
Really?
Tbh with how strong he is all you need to know is how he works (and people figured that out pretty damn quick) and then you'll succeed from the first game on.
Ivern became a monster due to changes to the jungle (i.e. monsters harder to clear, higher respawn times) and itemization (i.e. support item overhaul).
His direct buffs were only icing on the cake.
The quality of a rework (or champion design in general) has absolutely nothing to do with strength.
