Help With Masteries!

Okay so I'm making my masteries (again) and realized that the client now bans some words/names? The names / Words I have found are: Mordekaiser (blocks "Dek"), Soraka (blocks "Rak"), Support (blocks the entire word), Caitlyn (blocks "Cai").

I'm sure there are more but can someone explain what is going on and why it is suddenly doing this to me?
