Guinsoo's Increases On-Hit Damage 33%? How Bad Could It Be?
With everything else Guinsoo's had, with a slight increase in cost it now increases on-hit damage from certain champs 33%, is accessible outside of the jungle, and doesn't required any farming. It is an easy first item that builds very smoothly...so is it any surprise it is going to be abused by Varus, Teemo, Kayle, etc? Especially Varus. The amount of damage he is outputting now just off aa is quite frankly ridiculous, plus he scales off the AP. And with only 6 stacks now to get there, Varus is going to become King of Bot Lane, along with any other ranged champs with on-hit(can't think of all of them at the moment).
The Devourer enchant was broken before, when it was only gated by requiring smite. Now we're going to see champs OP, and then nerfed around another broken item. Then those champs are going to suck, so we're going to nerf the item again. Then we're going to have some champs that are out of balance again because they were balanced around that item. Why does this keep happening, Riot? Don't you playtest or make checklists of how items might effect certain champs? Can't you see that certain things just do not belong in the game?
