I think its phantom dancer that makes him strong, because it synergizes to well with his kit. Other then that i think his kit is balanced. People just cry because they dont know how to play against him. What would help is play him. He isnt even a problem mid anymore, its his top lane he now builds bruiser cuz of the tank meta thats been going on forever.
Any Yasuo who doesn't play like a boosted bonobo monkey has very little counterplay. The only reason people think Yasuo isn't strong is because a LOT of Yasuo players try to 1v5 while they have no items and they wonder how they die. Yasuo is just such a strong champion that it feels like he can 1v5 that early. I play Yasuo like a bitch and when people step out of line, I instakill them. It's not really an option for them. They didn't misplay heavily. I'm really fucking bad at the champion, but the requirement to two-shot someone with Yasuo is having a basic understanding over how to press the Q button. Every time I play him I just mutter under my breath, "What the fuck is this broken fucking champion?"
Mind you, I'm someone who use to play against Yasuo and think, "Man, that champion is broken" and now that I've played Yasuo, I think, "Man, this champion is broken".
I will continue to shamelessly abuse the fact that Yasuo is retarded until Riot decides to put him in line. There's zero point for me not to when he's basically freelo. The only barrier is that he has a 40% ban rate for some weird reason.
