Why RFC dosent work on rengar?

Why item 3094 dosent increase his range on leap?

When you are on a bush or in your ulti your attack range increase to 725 but the RFC dosent increase his range even more but increase his normal range which is 125 to 168

Why this is happening? RFC should increase his range on his leap cause when rengar is on his ulti or in his bush HE INCREASE HIS ATTACK RANGE by 600

Taked from Wiki

Rengar's basic attacks gain 600 bonus range and cause him to leap to enemies

So RFC should increase his range to 875 when he is on his ulti or inside the bush!!!

first off it it donest need to..

2nd... really... this was what "Assains are building nowadays? item 3087 and item 3094 ? and riot STILL hasnt actaully addressed broken adc itemization...

its not the ADC's themselves... its the fact on equal gold when an adc gets 6 items a mage will have just completed thier 4th item.

First the "it dosent need to" make no sense cause rfc not working on rengar leap its a bug and riot need to fix it....

Second its a niche build in order to leap from bigger distance when rfc is charged

So its a bug that riot need to fix

did it ever work with rengar's leap

i mean rengars leap is obviously coded differently than a normal auto.. and the wiki is make by us player.. NOT riot. the actual coding could easy be.. changes range to "X" which would overwrite any other modifiers such as item 3094 .

on another forum i used to go to from insomniac game (makers of ratchet and clank, spyro, and resistance) they had a quiz on thier podcast and they actaully went and CHANGED wiki to the wrong answer to stop people who just went to go look it up from cheating thier way to the correct answer. (obvious you can check the history but how many people would have suspected a change in the first place) (they posted that they did this in thier next podcast when they announced who won)

I think it's considered a bug because other melee autos with a mobility component (ekko's E being a blink and hecarim's E being a dash) are both effected by RFC.

However, given how long range Rengar's leap already is, I don't like the idea of RFC increasing it further, since that lowers what is likely already a short reaction window. For all we know, the interaction could be explicitly disabled, like with Vayne's Silver Bolts being explicitly disabled on Runaan's Hurricane, and how Lucian's ultimate did not take the attack speed bonus from Sword of the Divine's active when it still existed and Lucian ult fired more shots with AS (and for good reason; 145% AS for 3 seconds is nuts).

If I remember right, RFC did interact with Rengar's leap on release as well, so it being explicitly disabled makes sense, imo.

its a bug but its not explicity disabled cause rfc didnt exist when rengar come out...

So riot need to adress what is going they make it work like that on purpose or its a bug and they dont even bother to fix it?

And the fact that rengar can use it as his advantage well that the whole point cause ekko can use it and with his E and RFC he increase his Attack range to 800

So its pretty much the same dont you think?

When I said RFC interacted with Rengar's leap on release, I was referring to the item's release, not Rengar's.

Ekko's E attack range is only 573.75 (rounds up to 574 last I checked, though; it's a 35% range increase that caps at an increase of 150 units) with RFC (425 without, for reference), which is still 150 less units than Rengar's base leap. I wouldn't consider this the same thing, although comparable.

The interaction, to memory, did work properly in 5.22 when RFC was released, which set leap range to 875. If that memory is right, then the interaction very well could have been sneakily disabled. It's not like he needs it, though, since most targets he'd jump on (other than most immobile mages) his leap outranges anyway.

Because that would be broken. You could jump some pretty crazy stuff with an 875 range leap. Thick walls, enemy champions, ultimates. It would feel awful to play against.
