When pairing people for a game. Prioritizes pairing people in promos together to reduce trolling and encourages non afk behavior. I feel like this would cause less afk's and it would punish those in promos for dodges and forces people to take important matches more seriously. Especially in the lower elos. It would also punish grinding smurf accounts and should discourage it as even if it's not their main they can be punished in it consuming their time.
