Ancient and long forgotten item

So, with mages at an all time high in power, I think it might be time to revive an old, long forgotten item.

Odyn's Veil.

For those who don't remember, Odyn's veil was a Dominion item for tanks. It gave Health, MR, Mana, and gave an additional 10% magic damage reduction that was stored for an AOE nuke active for up to 400 damage. It was a great tank item for people who needed defense against mages.

Now, it obviously can't go into the game as exactly it's old self. Everyone would cry OP because it gives MR AND guaranteed reduction. What I envision is reducing the MR it gives, but keeping the % reduction, making this either an item bought early instead of ROA (Maybe?) or bought late to top off an MR build with the reduction. What do people think?
