Top or Mid Kha'Zix?

I've become slightly board with jungle kha and was getting 2-3 S ranks per day. So instead of just playing him over and over, I decided to branch out into other lanes. Do you guys suggest mid or top Kha? Which is easier? Which can snowball more?

Currently, I've bee having trouble top lane because their is too much cc (so many ekkos ). Mid lane, I was against a Cho who was able to 75 to 0 me with his silence, so again more cc.

Thoughts or tips?

I like to play him middle, but generally not blind. If they lock a yasuo he is a really good pick.
