It states "You can only get a maximum of 40% CDR"
With that new mastery, you might wanna change it.

Zonz1 votesThe mastery specifies that it raises your CDR cap to 41/42/43/44/45%, so I would argue that there is nothing wrong with the tip. Rewording it would be hard to do so in a way that doesn't cause confusion.
