also noted the mid laner scores in every game is pretty even with the adc. Its almost like carry is in the name, and good adc can not carry a bad team. if no1 peels that 30-0 jinx will just get 1 shot by the 0-15 zed/rengar/fizz whatever assassin can get to them. Notice how adcs are only strong due to how strong supports are. Ive seen a nami/lulu/janna straight up abonded and adc and go on with supporting/shielding the darius/master yi/fiora and they pretty much could 1 vs 5 with all the shields and heals. infact a braum all in an died bot lane when i refused to engage on a thresh/mf under their tower at lvl 4 and left me to fend for myself i just played safe an farmed under tower he went top and helped dariys with akali and darius went 8-0 and picked up a bunch of 2 vs 5 double kills and we got a bunch of towers off it.

Well, you could have used better examples than playing against a Kai'Sa with nashor's and AP + AS varus.

The problem is you're going full Lethality on Jayce. That crap can only carry for 25 minutes. Get your Ghostblade and Black Cleaver, but after that it's just not a good item for lategame.
