I played Kog'Maw one game....
And I went for Gunblade 3rd item (after Rageblade and Runaan's) instead of BotRK. Should I get Gunblade instead of BotRK? Because I liked it that one time.

When you're building on-hit, AP is just a luxury stat for Kog'maw (Guinsoo's is just ridiculously powerful regardless of the AP on it) while the on-hit and attack speed from Bork are super synergistic with his kit and the active can make all the difference when you need to self-peel.
