For me, she topped Gnar as the cutest champion in LoL. Everything about her design is just adorable in a weird "smash your face in" sort of way.
So, kudos on the snaggletooth hammer-wielding Yordle. Just wanted to get this out before I forgot to say it again.
I like how she's more determined to succeed despite constantly failing from her point of view. I admire the ability to just accept a mistake and move on.

Impossible. She lacks a Dino Suit, Gentleman's Tophat, Monocle, and Cane, Snow Day Outfit, and luchador clothing!
I agree it is super cute. Super noticeable for her SG skin too in the splash & it totally adds to her persona imo.
I liked the idea of her being the tough old lady Yordle, not the dorky giggler.

LoneWingy does love her cute designs. You should have seen how adorable her first couple iterations of Yorick's ghouls were.
Why do we need champions to be "cute?"
Poppy's appeal was in how unappealing she was, yes her play rate reflected this, but that was fine with me and the few others who dared to play her.
What's next, a Debonair Urgot skin, and then suddenly making every other Urgot skin unavailable?
There's a niche for people who like things that aren't in the mainstream or aren't aesthetically pleasing, Riot apparently doesn't care to cater to this niche.

Before the rework i didn't really care for poppy or yordles for that matter, now shes one of my favorite top laners and i got both her noxus and star guardian skins and its even blue which is my favorite color. :D

I agree, as a prework Poppy player, I find Poppy much more enjoyable with her (Mostly, they removed blomgrun) improved lore, improved gameplay, improved model, art, less broken abilities, and voice that didn't make me want to make my kill myself.
