I'm slightly confused, I know how it works and such, but how does it choose to do it when you use it again? does it start at the one that you last choose orrr?

GaleWinUnleashed2 votesIt's constantly cycling in the background. If you really cared enough to time it perfectly, you'd be able to double-tap W to get the card you want every time, but it's not really realistic to try it.
