still experiencing 6-7 dodges per "sesh"

I just put sesh in quotations to define my sesh, which is about 8-9 games for a couple hours. I am still seeing a lot of queue dodging. will riot sack up and do something about it? The result of dodging vastly outweighs the chance of losing and thats just stupid.
