Any plans on Kennen buffs?

I am aware Riot recently made some changes to him but I was hoping maybe a small % scaling buff could be made to his W at early levels. I just feel as though early game it doesn't really provide much damage other than to be used as a stun proc. Late game everything kinda smooths out and feels more balanced but early he lacks something and I think a slight buff to his W's AP scaling would make him good as new and played more frequently :D
