Whats with the recent ryze hate?

His ult is cancer. He can teleport a team faster than you can run away... In front of you.

That would be fine...

If he was a support champion.

He has good utility and deadly damage. It's dumb.

Ashe has utility and damage. Ryze has it 'better' for the most part.

point and click CC into a combo of death.

its not raze but more his point and click CC a lot of people want to see it as a skillshot so you can actually counterplay it with player skill, not item dependancies.

on top of that if you can truly play raze the rune shield is unbelievable strong, most ryzes i see just spam stuff and don't do much.

Is this higher elo. I haven't seen him in a while. He takes a bit of knowledge and skill to play. his damage is insane though. Tell me when you play him your first reaction to his damage is holy fucking shit. I've seen his empowered q deal 1000 damage with a normal build. He also builds alot of armor for a mage. He builds frozen heart and zhonias. He's just a high burst battlemage. That's probably it. He hits extremely hard for a battlemage.
