Hot fixed: "Win a BOT match with somebody under level 15 or lower"

Just checked the little hot fix last night, and wow! Right as the community calls them out on it, Riot realized the "Win a PVP game with a player level 15 or lower" was a blatant way to force the use of smurf accounts. At least now it makes sense with having it done under bots.
