Can you do something about this mongoloid running you down because he's a train. swifties+runic echoes 10% movement speed is obnoxious as fuck. This fucker will chase you into your nexus turrets if he has an inkling of an idea of how tanky he is.

Then he just runs into his precious little rabbit-hole of a jungle to clear it in 1 second and come back for a re-gank. Or he screws up a gank and is useless for about 10 minutes but this is soloQ we're talking about.

Ok, exaggerated but this guy...

Problem is the item 1410 more than Udyr but this ccccc-combo breaker.
