Tahm Kench Buffs

Kench still isn't in a good spot despite two-three patches worth of buffs. Give him a bit of objective control and more options with his devour by letting him devour Blue, Red, Dragon, and Baron, but only after stacking his passive 3-times. That would be a decent buff to his jungle and support game by letting him having a decent counter-jungle and objective control, and would give him another decent choice in a fight--do I eat an enemy, my teammate, or the objective?
