Riot nerfed to the ground a long time ago because they over stuffed her kit and now barely brought her back then they did the same with Now the nerf seems very uncalled for since she by no means is considered over powered i seriously hope that this is the last nerf to her and to the tank jungles lets look back to she deserved most of the nerfs she got but that's it if we keep nerfing champions like her just because people who don't know how to play say she's "op" then we might as well just gut their kits now

This is more of a thing where Riot (and this is what happened with Elise) nerfs the wrong thing, and by the time they hit the right thing, that champion is in shambles.

The problem Rek'Sai had was her nearly unavoidable early game ganks (this is what caused her to be so dominant in pro play, anything that will get you an early advantage is great there), Riot decided to nerf everything EXCEPT her ganking potential, and now that they've finally hit it, they either need to revert some of her other nerfs, or we'll have an Elise situation again.

I think Sejuani is strong, but not overpowered; while her ganks and enormous CC is certainly a scary thing, shes not overbearing in the slightest I feel; as other junglers are still plenty viable.

Shes certainly not in a bad spot currently (49.89% winrate overall across all ELO's).

Rek'Sai shared a similar story in lower ELO's in that she didn't really crowd out other picks, but as you go higher and higher, people start to learn how to really take advantage of their early game leads, and her ganks become stronger and stronger (she has arguably some of the best pre-6 ganks in the entire game)
