nerf Dr. Mundo

I will keep posting these until I see a good Dr. Mundo nerfs. The champ is stupid. You can't lane against him; he sits 5 miles away from everything and Q's everything. He does a better job at Q farming than Annie. It costs health but as soon as he kills a minion, he gets 80 percent back, which most of the time is dam near full health. You can't trade with him; he heals it back immediately. You can't pressure him; he can farm under turret safely getting all the cs with his q,w, and e. Mid and late game, you can't 1 v 1 him no matter what. Late game, you can't 2 v 1 him no matter what. His Q deals an absurd amount of damage, PERCENT HEALTH, to everything and HE BUILDS NOTHING BUT HEALTH. Once his Q lands, it has a slow that lasts 2 seconds and his Q cooldown is 4 seconds. The only time Mundo is weak is at level one. After level 1, he has no weaknesses. I don't give a shit about pick rate, win rate, or ban rate. The champ is broken and uninteractive. You can't lane against him, yet you can't fight him, yet you can't let him be because once he gets items, he's unstoppable, yet he can farm safely, so the only time you can get an advantage on him him is if he plays bad. Nasus is the same, but at least with Nasus, he runs out of mana from spamming his E and Q and his Q has an 8 second cd. So you can actually put a Nasus behind by forcing him under turret and he actually runs out of mana fairly quickly. I have never seen a moment where Mundo uses 50 Qs in 8 minutes without backing and doesn't get the chance to use it again. Nasus can only use his Q about 20 times in 8 minutes without backing. Just nerf the champ.

play garen into him. press r the exact moment he does, because when hes already low on health, activating the ult will come with an initial health cost and usually brings him into kill range.

btw if he sits back csing with q because he cant fight you, freeze lane infront of your turret and deny cannon minions by body blocking his cleaver. you can take one cleaver every 2 waves.

just by denying cannons you will build a pretty large gold lead against him.

if you can afford to take more, block more cleavers so he loses a lot of cs.

If you freeze the lane in front of your turret, it might make him easier to gank, or he might wait til the wave pushes back into him while getting a few cs in the process. Most times in my elo, my junglers don't gank so he could still Q farm even at my turret. Playing a tank or bruiser into him does make the laning phase easier, but I play Trynd most of the times. Blocking minions only lets him Q me instead and his Qs do hella damage for free. I can;t just sit my wave at my turret, because if my team is struggling, I need to create pressure, but I can't create pressure when Mundo stops the wave with is body and easily farms from there. That's why I was saying he has no weaknesses outside of lvl 1.

if youre decent at wave manipulation, the minions will never push into your turret.

you can lock in an eternal freeze just infront of it. in case of tryndamere, i recommend a single lifesteal item to just recover the damage off a cleaver.

it allows you to block a couple of them and just heal back up. in the end it will put your opponent behind in cs like crazy.

as for map pressure, i guess your best option is to immediately push the waves into his turret, when he leaves lane.

like when you lock in a freeze against someone who cant fight you, one of three things usually happen.

1.) the enemy stays in lane like an idiot, sits back and loses a ton of cs because he cant walk up to farm because you would immediately all in him in the long lane and kill him. all your minions are dieing as fast as new ones arrive and he loses wave after wave while sitting there waiting for the freeze to break (which will never happen if you do it well). if he loses enough waves, youll just roll over him after a while.

2.) they call their jungler for help, to force the wave into your turret and bounce it back. in this case youve drawn map pressure. try to bounce it back off his turret yourself, and recall immediately to buy items. youll return to a wave thats pushing back into you, and which you can set up for another freeze. take care not to get ganked while pushing in, since the enemy jungler might still be top side.

3.) they leave lane to recall or attempt a roam, while you have the wave frozen. immediately danger ping the closest ally and hard push into his turret and start taking it down. make sure hes not just walking off screen to fool you into breaking your freeze, but keep an eye on what hes really doing. if he roams or actually recalls, you want to hard push the wave into his turret to bounce the waves off and buy time for a recall. back to base and return with an item advantage while the wave is pushing back into you. then you lock in another freeze.

Yeah, after like 8 minutes of staleness, I had to rush tiamat and force him under turret, but he sat there and ate the wave no problem. I was able to get a few hits off him, but I was taking turret shots in the process. If the Mundo woulda been any better, I would have lost the matchup simply due to his kit being broken. But not only did he suck, his jungler never helped him so I was able to stay up in cs.

IIRC He was on the list of champion update

Where is this list? Even if it's on a list, I don't see Mundo on the current patch list or the new one.

Any Mundo who sits back and Q farms in the early game is playing him wrong. His early game trading is amazing because his E gives him a ton of free AD.
