Hey anyone got a better Ryze build than this?

instead of for the extra CD and more mana, but I just literally realized that extra 10% cd is wasted and there is less mana and no ap. Im a tard.

You could also go any armor item and then Locket or Visage, which would get you to 40% as well, but Zonya's Doesn't seem worth it and Randuin's/Sunfire/Thornmail might be ok, but then you severely lower your damage by not having that 500 Mana from IBG.
But then again IBG just seems goofy on Ryze since you almost never hive time to thread in an AA while you're spamming.
