After that I usually go since it's way too good right now cost wise.
The game usually finishes by the time I finish my last item, but I usually go for

Just depends on the game.
- Steal the camp the enemy jg doesn't start at, and lvl2 gank mid. You can usually get a flash out of it.
- Set up your passive(s) on the buff side that you don't have, and farm that side.
- Smite a buff whenever you can, unless you're trying to steal an enemy camp, then save it for that.
- Once you get you are deceivably tanky. Take advantage of that.
- Ivern thrives in Counter Jungling, don't be afraid to fight if you have your ult. Unless they're fed or a great early duelist.

, etc..) - Do jungle stuff. Gank, secure drakes, ward, etc..
Teamfighting is fairly simple. Q people who try to dive your carries, shield whoever needs it, amd throw out daisy if your team commits. Use your bushes to make the enemy lose vision of your carries in fights.
