How is it when I'm involved in like 4-8 kills and have equal farm(including scuttles) compared to the enemy jungler involved with zero or one kill that they are ahead in level? This makes no sense. I understand that junglers can leech lane exp but how is it always like this? Consistently the jungler with lower KP and equal or lower CS is ahead in levels. This needs to change. Anyone else been noticing this?

youre both on equal cs, but the enemy got his only powerfarming his jungle, while you got your cs by occasionaly taxing a few creeps with another laner present here and there
