@meddler @ riot What is your current view on fiora?

After her nerfs in 6.6, fiora has somewhat struggled to find a place again.

While her pickrate is still OK, at about 4.15%, it is below the mean by a bit. Her winrate is also allright, at about 47.5%. especially for what is supposed to be a high-skill champion

however, looking at her winrate by games played graph, while somewhat wonky, it seems to not go all that high. it seems like even experienced players of her barely break 50%. It's a tricky situration, but i do think that she probably needs a minor buff in a way that mostly benefits players knowing her in and out, as she is somewhat fine for newer players.
