buffering skills

for those who do not know during certain abillities specifically dashes you can q up skills. such that they will occur after you arrive. this also happens if you got stunned the abilities can still be cast.

this is bullshit. buffered skills should not be cast if you are stunned. since you cant used ablities when you are stunned.

this has been happening to me prepetually throught my games where a someone flashes or jumps on me. i stun them mid dash or pre flash and they can still cast their abilities.

this can be most easily shown on LB who can que up he abilities while out of range mid dash.
