Replace the Attack Speed on Olaf's W with something that isn't awful...

...so I can actually enjoy my favorite champion again.

Or, y'know. You could stonewall any discussion about Olaf for another year and a half before giving him .5% more healing on his W (which looks like it was reverted? Can't tell).
