Top lane hard carries to take into ranked?

I am simply looking for some top laners that scale well and can carry teams. I would like to avoid champs which rely on long games to scale such as Nasus as they can be next to useless if one's team cannot stall out properly. I am currently interested in Fiora as she seems to fit the criteria of a snowbally champ that scales well and has many decent matchups if played to her full potential. I'd like at least one other who can deal with some of the poor matchups that Fiora faces.

I'm guessing Kennen ?

Manaless, ranged, CC makes team fights and ganks good all game, some mobility. Lane bully?

100% would recommend Jax. He's an early game bully that scales super hard. His only weakness is teamfighting, but as a split pusher/duelist he's the best I can think of outside of becomming extremely good at riven.
