RFC vs Static Shiv
RFC and Static Shiv really need the Hydra item treatment, if you buy one, you can't buy the other. The amount of burst its giving adcs is ridonculous.

The damage doesn't stack on a single target.
If you buy both items, what happens is you get an energized attack that has RFC's bonus range and the ability to strike turrets, and Shiv's magic damage + ability to critically strike.
So they do have synergy, but not in terms of bursting a target down.
The Energised burst damage doesn't stack, though
The only difference is one can crit and the other has range, so if you buy both, you're only dealing the Statikk Shiv's damage at the RFC's range
Shiv was already nerfed into the gutter, no further changes are needed.
