Hello, so I found out I really enjoy the super mobile bursty champions, like assassins. I'm looking for a champion with high mobility such as teleports wherever they desire, leaps, dashes, etc. I'm not a big fan of having to have a champion nearby to teleport to them but it's okay if you do. Thanks in advanced.

Only his ultimate is mobile. But for example riven has Q and a E that are mobile. Does that make riven more mobile??

... For me he is the most mobile champ of all, with his elastic slingshot. Also, his ult gives him increasing speed to a maximum of +50%.
For roaming 
- extremely mobile and fast - probably has the fastest movement speed in the game. She does very efficient split pushes and can bail out in a jiffy, also you can hardly escape her if she has ult on. Also has very high visibility.
And lets not forget 
- also having very good speed and his ult dashes through walls.
TheGoomyGamer1 voteszac's ult doesnt give him movement speed. I think his old ult might've, but not the new one.
