Is there any chance he get any sort of change that will make him not as week but not as oppressive. he is really weak right now. There has got to be a way to balance him to keep him from being oppressive then trash tier for long periods.

Why is it bad that he's trash tier. So many other champions have been in the trash tier longer than he has Skarner Kindred and that's okay for them? But not for champions like Lucian?
