um, it does break on any damage or cc attempt, it just lingers for 1 second for bronzies to blow all their cooldowns on then come to forums and complain that its broken because they didnt read what it does

Doesn't it? Like, when Malz takes damage, it's reduced by X amount and the passive is gone, or if he gets hit by a spell.
