Should There Be An Instant Dodge Option In Dynamic Queue

Most dodgers know right away that they plan to dodge. They have a preset notion in their mind of how they want champion select to go. If they don't get to play as champion X by pick time, they have to let the timer run all the way out before it jets everyone back to the main queue. I know Riot doesn't want to encourage dodging, but having to go through the whole process just to have the last pick have to wait for all the timers to dodge hurts everyone. I feel there should be a quicker way to remove those types of people from the select before everyone's time is wasted. You can't stop people from dodging, it's a part of the game, I'd just like a faster way for those people to remove themselves from the queue. Dodge penalty timers should also be increased beyond what they are now, to discourage even more people from leaving a game. If they don't want to play, then don't let them play.
