As you can see in these patch notes, I think the upcoming patch looks very interesting!
- Finally a new jungler, and Riot keeps going with the new mechanics and gameplay additions to the game. They are really appreciated, they make the game feel a little more fresh every time
- Jungle tweaks to fix some issues of 4.2's jungle
- Nerfs and buffs to the champions who needed it
- A new unique game mode
- AMAZING skins, special mention for Blood Moon Thresh and Poro-Rider Sejuani who look fantastic
- A few texture rebalances for older champions
