Non buffs camps respawn time lowered to 2 min

I've been asking for this to be the nerf to gankers for a long time now. I still think statically 1:45 is the best spot, but w'll see how this goes. Tank Junglers are a bit slower so it might be a sweet spot.

This is a fantastic change and they even nerfed the XP by 5%, maybe Meddler did consider it after all. Regardless this is a fantastic change for laners and junglers. Ganking can now be taxed by the enemy jungler since they can take more camps and sharing lane XP is less. Power ganking wont be as viable when people notice the bot lane is higher level than they are.

YESSSSSSSSS FINALLY!!!!!!! This is the change Jg mains, AND non-jg mains (who understand the Jg) have been asking for basically this entire season.

Jg clearing/pathing and balancing that with proper gank timings will actually be rewarding again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
