I know they take a lot of skill to play and that's the reason reason I have them both. I love hard champions. Once you learn how to propertly play them you get rewarded. Seriously Riot, I don't want you to touch them. They are stable now and I like them. Please don't do anything I really don't want same thing to happen to Azir and Rumble that happened to Morde. I swear if you touch Azir and gut him I will rename myself Ascended Bird

Boulderox1 voteslet's be honest there is no such thing as a champ that takes skill, it just takes you enough time to learn what to do when to do it. Skill i see as adapting to situations that you cannot comprehend... But when there are 20 abilities and 5 random summoners and 5 flashes, there is only so many combinations of the abilities before there are patterns in everything...
One exception i have ever seen is 
, he has a very strong q damage, and feast or famine stun on it. Other than that he has to outplay in order to come out on top, playing on peoples prejudices...
"Bard is bad" is a staple since he was made many bad players breed a prejudice, so if people see you e away 8/10 they will follow you into your team....
It takes skill to do things with a champ that enevitably shouldn't...
