You're a SUPPORT. Not a Mid laner. This means, dont build shit like this 
and think youre building support right. FFS, you are supporting your ADC. That means, 
. These items would qualify for a full support build. Why, every game, do I get full AP/Tank supports. Just build the support items, youre not the carry. If youre wanting to play that role, put in top/mid/adc/jungle role.

Dear top laner, mind your own lane and leave me to mine. With the exception of the boots, that build is perfectly viable on a poke support because they poke to keep pressure on the lane. If you don't understand that supports do more than shield, heal, and ward, kindly shuffle back to your farm island lane.
are perfectly fine and 2 of the 3 are support items anyways, so I have no idea why you are complaining. Your team may need magic penetration and the first two items are support items.

Supports don't intentionally take kills too often and besides if that gets them the sightstone sooner I am all about it because they remain impoverished most of the early game.
The people that complain the most about KSing are players that are not too good at the game themselves (probably silver or bronze). I almost never hear complaints about KSing in my Elo, because the players understand the game better and that the support is not trying to do it.
mmmmm. I think you understand the concept of the support role, but not all of the possible play styles of it. You should try playing support as a couple different styles of champions (ie: raka, leona, thresh, brand, zyra, janna.)
You'll learn a lot about the support role, and how different styles have synergy with an adc.

If you're going to make a thread like this, could you at least give them some boots that make sense on a support? No meta (or even slightly off-meta) supports run berserker greaves, I've only ever seen that on my Assassin Quinn support I occasionally run in five-man premades when I want to mess around.
That item build right there, assuming the boots are more properly chosen, is a legitimate support build for a poking mage-support like Sona. Ardent censor isn't even useful on some supports, righteous glory isn't useful on quite a few yupports, GA is only useful if you actually expect to die in a fight (which, as a low priority back-line target, a lot of ranged supports don't), and while Zeke's and locket are pretty useful across most supports they aren't for every build.
And before you say anything, this is coming from a Soraka main who usually runs

I may build like a nice little support, by your logic, but I also know that there are multiple kinds of supports that have multiple roles in their teams, and that all supports don't just do the same thing and build the same items, just like any other position in the game. No other position is expected to build exactly the same thing across all or most champions in that role, and the same applies to supports, because they are all different and circumstances in games vary tremendously.
Actually, I'm not only supporting just the ADC. I'm supporting the team. I'm what holds it together and protects it. If that means having to build Frost Queen's Claim to slow some of the enemy team's more mobile champs or checking the area, I will do it, as will many other supports. And Morellonomicon? I don't think you realize how valuable heals are in this game. As for Ruby Sightstone, it's valuable for the extra health it gives to champions such as Leona and Braum, as having a complete Face of The Mountain is ideal for protecting yourself when you or your allies initiate a fight.
TLDR: Keep your shitty opinion top because support mains want none of it Mr. Build Jayce with an Ohmwrecker.
