Vote for early surrender to remake the match due to DC: Some small bit of information on the PBE

game_announcement_OnSurrenderEarlyAllowed "Your team has @EarlySurrenderWindowDurationSeconds@ seconds to remake the game because a player dc'd and no kills occurred. Vote to end the game by <b>typing /remake in chat.</b> Only the dc'd player will take a loss. This vote can only occur once."

game_announcement_OnSurrenderEarlyAccomplice "To protect high-tier competitive integrity, your remake would count as a loss because the dc'd player is in your premade"

They appear to be working on an option to remake the match if you have a DC. Feel free to discuss.

Or does it just connect you to a new match and add in a random player?

It's an early surrender system, so I'd guess it would just end like any other surrender, display something like "Null match" instead of Victory/Defeat, and go to the regular post-game lobby. I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.

Wouldn't surrender be technically "Defeat" but a post game lobby would show "Loss Prevented"? It would be curious if they created other special terms for it though.

i am reporting you RIOT that i can't remake the game and give me afk even if i was online and moved my character whole time. adc eat my first monster and she afk the game as soon as eat my first monster. of course i was jg nid. can't do any shit with no first monster. i was fucking mad about this so i try to type /remake hundred times and it fucking saying that there is no dc. wow. i don't care the what my teammate did. i fucking care that Riot gave me 20 min afk waiting. there is no reason to give me fucking afk waiting. hate this game fuck you. if you see this message and you are smart, please remove the afk waiting as soon as possible before i report you guys.

There are a few things about this;

For a /remake, a player has to be afk/dc for at least 90 seconds of the first 3 minutes. If they don't start until the jungle camps have spawned then it's too late.
If someone takes your first jungle mob, sure you'll be behind, but you can get that back. Don't throw a fit and afk, just keep farming and recall first if you need. You'll catch back up.
AFK'ing is not the answer to something another player did, which here was probably just an accident. You are always in the wrong by doing it and will have to deal with the consequences.
Low Priority Queues start at 5 minutes, and increase by 5 for repeated afk's. If you have a 20 minute LPQ that means you frequently leave games.
