Galio will still be probably the worst champion in the game even with overtuned ratios for 1 reason.

Ap galio is almost impossible to play in a lot of matchups because he has 335 move speed as a meele champ with such a big hitbox everything hits you...

Try laning vs Zilean Cass xerath etc and you auto lose the laning phase just cuz their Q will pretty much always hit you and so unless u snowball early ur just falling behind over and over and those matchups scales better than you even trough their laning phase is a lot better

Also hitting ur abilities on those champions is almost impossible...

also picking a meele that gets bullied is a really bad idea right now with ranged kepto aery and runes but i guess i should of seen that bias towards ranged champs coming from riot..
