Her late game scaling is atrocious and i always ask my team to ban her and when they don't, somehow we get to late game and no matter how hard you focus her she just shreds everything, Jinx is just a total freelo powerhouse like sion that needs a nerf, but most specifically on her dps and rocket launcher range.
Jinx shouldn't be allowed to 1v1 everyone in a direct fight

the only bans i'd recommend depending on the match are Trist,Jinx,Vayne,Janna,Lulu,Nasus,Shyvana,Veigar
Trist is just incredibly annoying and too strong to ignore. Jinx scales so hard and she's 80% Problematic as Vayne Vayne Faceroll keyboard while clicking everywhere, spam mastery and comments that involve suicide or being better Janna is too good to be considered balanced, you chase kills, deny enemy team with AOE,CC champs with q,Movebonus to allow people to escape and shields that give bonus AD Lulu is just too annoying, not OP or anything just very annoying Nasus just remove that ult passive Veigar stack and spam E+W or R Shyvana can 1v4 at the same time

That said, punish Jinx early. Make her wait for late game. If you can't do that at all ever, then you' need to improve.
