Like, I don't play Trundle all that often, but I lock him in the moment I see Darius is their top laner.

AP in the Mid Lane (Bot is too slow) Run some CDR Runes, rush a and poke em to death.
In the Jungle, an old one played by Saintvicious. Instant ganks at Level 6, but first clear can be a bit rough.
In the Top lane with 
for really powerful Cross-Map plays. Build as a regular bruiser. Can also build more assassin-like, but you'll explode in 2 seconds if you don't get your target.
Jungle, which I guess is not THAT unorthodox, but since I really like her play style but I'm trash at trading in Top, I just started playing her in the jungle.
In the Top lane, to get a similar effect as Nocturne.
Mid, but her wave clear is TRASH, so...
Last but not least...
in solo lanes, but it doesn't really work anymore right now. This is an older one I haven't touched in a while... oh but I found a way to Jungle with her, or PRETEND I'm jungling! I can get a full clear of the red side w/o leash and then the rest of the clears after one back are pretty easy!... but then she provides nothing to the later stages of the game. Maybe once Bloodrazor releases... or NOT
