1gold/10sec quint worth is?
I mean 6 gold a minute so 60 gold in 10 minutes... but if you have 3 then its 180 gold in 10 minutes... is it worth? what quints are good on support

EndlessSorcerer1 votesThey used to be worthwhile and standard. Prior to season 4, supports would generally run GP/10 Quints and Seals, Armor Marks and AP or MR Glyphs.
This was because:
- Passive gold generation was lower
- Higher passive GP/10 let you finish Philosopher's Stone and Kage's Lucky Pick quicker
At the time, supports depended on passive gold gain for all of their purchases since they didn't have any real source of income. The sooner they could finish their GP/10 items, the more passive gold income they would have throughout the game.
After passive gold generation was buffed and gold-income items were introduced for supports, GP/10 runes are no longer efficient. You are generally better off just taking the raw stats for early-game strength.
I would generally recommend taking AP or Armor Quints on supports (though MS are a viable alternative).
