Please Explain Ahri's weakness

No CC if you dodge her charm, no mobility if you bait out her ult, fairly squishy all game.
It's that she can do most things but doesn't Excel at anything
Most players are too busy making fan art of her to focus on what they're doing in game, you can exploit that to your advantage.
Squishy, two abilities are skillshots with a high mana cost, proper positioning greatly reduces her damage potential, and her ideal harass zone is at her max range, which makes it significantly easier to dodge.
Honestly, her damage is on the lower end for mid-laners and she only has a single-target, blockable skillshot for CC.
Sadly, the current mastery system amplifies damage significantly and removes her main weaknesses.
I wouldn't say there are any issues with her kit, but external factors essentially eliminate her inherent weaknesses.
The current mastery system is by far the greatest offender and has negatively impacted the game as a whole. It has to be revamped; having two damage-oriented mastery trees and one sub-par defensive one isn't healthy.
Low damage
Her weakness lies in the fact she operates like an assassin with a (relatively) long mobility CD.
If you force her ulti you can usually fight her team and win because of her massively lowered teamfight potential and sub-par DPS.
The issue is when most people engage on her they look at her the same way they'd engage on Lux or Ziggs, as opposed to LeBlanc or Fizz. If you drop multiple ults on her you better know you're going to kill her. If not it's legitimately better to zone/ignore her and wait for her to come to you because she usually has to make the first move or get outscaled.
She attracts all of the weebs to her which includes the bad ones, therefore tanking her winrate. This is actually a strength because her winrate isn't high enough for Riot to realize that she's broken.
will teach her.
