Even after your passive nerf she still continues to shit all over everything. Now here are my ideas on how you should nerf her.

Make her Q deal less damage overall, but make it deal more damage if she triggers the mark with a spell.
Remove the movespeed boost from her W, but make it reduce Shunpo's cooldown by 1 second.
Make the ult do 40% less damage but have it ignore 50% of magic resist.

And boom. You have a fairly balanced, fair champion. No more deletes. Only fairness.

I know it sounds like just a joke now, but its really not. Katarina does poorly against heavy cc. Have you noticed that she is melee, and her spells are very low ranged? She is very high risk high reward. But she is only made high risk if you know what you are doing. Quit crying op about champions and learn how to play the game

No she kills u too fast for that stuff man. Just build Liandrys and you penetrate tanks early to kill them before they can cc you.

Yes if you play very reactively cc doesnt quite work, unless you are playing amumu i guess. Thats why you, as a tank, keep track of where she is and predict where she will be going. Its alot easier than you think it is man. Quit crying op its so annoying

"Remove the movespeed boost from her W, but make it reduce Shunpo's cooldown by 1 second." - why bother with this compensation? Just nerf the W, don't give a fake buff to Shunpo that will never be useful to try and pass it off as a neutral change.

"Make the ult do 40% less damage but have it ignore 50% of magic resist." - why would an assassin specialise in melting tanks? That is totally counter-intuitive.
