Change Ekko's Interaction Upon Ranking Ult for First Time

Currently, when Ekko levels his ult for the first time, his time clone appears right under him and doesn't begin moving for 4 seconds. This allows for interactions where Ekko fights at Level 6 without ranking his ult, only ranking it to deal massive damage during the fight. I think that Ekko's kit is already full of a lot of depth and great interactions that it doesn't need a cheese like this. I think it would be better if upon first ranking the ult, the clone appears where it would be four seconds behind, as opposed to right under you and sitting for four seconds. Then again, at the same time, if one did that, they could walk up to their enemy, rank their ult, and then proc it from far away. Not sure which is the better way to balance this, but at least if the clone was behind Ekko when he ranked it, he could use it as a quick escape.
