Why the fuck is there a silver 4 flex ranked zed in my ranked game? not only that, its fucking promos and i get fucked because the only silver in the whole game is on my team LOL ranked system isnt fixed, you guys fucked it up so hard and for some reason its still there. had a bronze top at another promos. what exactly is the point of positional ranking if it only made things worse?
Silver 4 flex ≠ Silver 4 in solo/duo. I looked at the Zed in question, He ended Platinum 2 in solo/duo last season. So he's effectively a Platinum 2 level player, well within your elo range. If I had to guess, he just finished placing in flex (was probably gold last season flex) and hasn't placed for solo/duo yet.
Remember there's a reset each ranked season, and most people only care about getting to the lowest division of gold in flex queues for the Victorious skin chromas. If I were to do my flex placements right now I'd probably place silver as well, since I ended Gold 5 in flex last season, despite being a Platinum level solo/duo player.
Don't look up people's ranks on op.gg if it's just going to tilt you. Play the game.
