I'd rather Lucian not go back to where he was last season. Removal of the crit on his passive is unnecessary and would hit him too hard. Let's see how he does for the next patch or 2 before nerfing him again please.
Edit: There's really no point in discussing with boards, all everyone wants is the gutting of a champion, and fail to actually realize the truth about a champion. Glad Riot doesn't actually listen to boards that much regarding champion balance.

It's like janna. She's been the number 1 or 2 best support going on 4 seasons now.

Sylverblitz2 votesHe needs to be nerfed beyond "ok" and then slight buffs up to a suitable level. No more of this bullshit "wait and see" for months. I'm sick of Riot pussying around with nerfs for their favourites so if you feel this is 'too much' then I'm confident it's not enough yet. The only time he was slightly weak was when he was given a decent nerf and then he got buffed to stupid levels again within a month. Let's not repeat that mistake, keep him down a lot longer.

I think you need to go back and look through some of the games because he was used almost all through the season and was a problem long before the Korean build. The new season did not make every ADC strong because those that were stronger for more than a minute were nerfed.
Only Lucian and that other piece of trash Ezreal manage to escape nerfs over and over again somehow. This is needed and I would love for him to be unused for the rest of the season. Plenty of other champions have been hit hard and not seen play for a long time, its his turn finally.

It's like Iceborn on Ezreal - it needs to not work for ranged champions. The whole point of Iceborn was for melee champions to be able to stick to a target, not for an ADC to kite / chase as much as he is able. Black Cleaver with the way its armour shred works should never be available or work on an ADC.

Tahm Kench is still nearly unplayable because of the board outcry which lead Riot to overnerf him when he was already balanced after the first rounds of nerfs.
Lucian can be overnerfed for all I care. He's had over 40% pick rate for far too long.

If anything this could be the window to open up the possibility of his ult critting.

Hated him then too. Any champion that is clearly dominant over all others needs to be hit hard. Since Riot will never do the opposite, buff everyone to the outlier's level, it has to be done this way but the time they take with some champions is absurd and shows clear favouritism. The fact that the LCS will not see patch 6.12 for months where he has some decent nerfs coming mean he will still be the dominant pick there.
